To ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay for all our guests and respect for the neighbors, please read and accept these simple rules. Booking and accessing the property imply acknowledgment and acceptance of these regulations.

1. Arrival and Departure: Standard check-in begins at 1:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

2. Respect for Quiet Hours: In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask that guests strictly observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and the afternoon siesta from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Please keep voices and noise to a minimum.

3. Use of Common Areas: The garden and kitchen are available for guest use. Please keep these spaces clean and tidy after use.

4. Damages and Losses: Guests are expected to treat the property with care. Any damage to furniture, fittings, or items must be reported immediately to the host.

5. Safety and Energy Saving: Please close windows and doors when absent to prevent weather-related damage and turn off lights and air conditioning. Attention to energy consumption is appreciated.

6. Smoking and Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all enclosed spaces. Pets are allowed on the property.
